Ron Wallace, Ph.D. is a retired Permanent Member of the National Energy Board (NEB) and an Alberta Emerald Award recipient. He directed projects in Russia for the World Bank (Washington), the EBRD (London) and subsequently with the Asian Development Bank (Manila). As Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of a publicly traded defense manufacturing corporation, he completed a successful turnaround of the corporation. He has provided senior policy advice to governments and is published widely on Canadian energy policies.
