Gordon is involved in the mining industry as the Executive Chairman and Interim CEO of America’s Silver, a leading Canadian silver mining company. He previously trained in the Energy and Minerals group at Chemical Bank in New York where he structured complex financial deals in the energy and mining sectors. As an investment banker at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Research Capital, he gained significant transactional experience in financing and mergers & acquisition advisory, largely in the real estate, energy and minerals sectors. Currently, he is also a lead director at Oryana Minerals Inc.
