Heather has over 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant focusing on GHG and air-related issues. Technical work has included assessing emission control methods for heavy-duty industrial engines and air quality dispersion modeling. Regulatory and policy work includes work for the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) evaluating and comparing GHG policies across multiple jurisdictions. Heather has an M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. Heather specializes in technical and regulatory work regarding air and GHG aiming to find creative solutions to bridge the gap between industry and government positions.
