Steve Gilliland

Steve Gilliland is the founder, President and CEO of Federal Power Company, LLC, an independent power development and management organization. During his career, Mr. Gilliland has overseen the development, strategic direction and acquisition and divestiture of power generation and energy assets totaling more than $15 billion. Mr. Gilliland has held executive positions with Duke Energy, Synenco Energy, CRSS Capital, Inc., Transco Power Company and Proler International Corp. Mr. Gilliland received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a master’s degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University.
