Leo has decades of design and project management experience in gas, oil and coal-fired conventional and nuclear thermal power plant projects and alternative energy, combined cycle, cogeneration and industrial utility power projects. Leo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and was registered in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Quebec, the Northwest Territories, California, Florida, New York, Alaska and Ohio.
