Elliot Holland

Elliot has extensive experience in the resource sector both as a management consultant and a senior executive. As a consultant at McKinsey & Company, he worked on operational and strategic projects with more than 50 mines, mineral processing facilities, and oil & gas installations around the world. He was ultimately elected a Partner in McKinsey’s Denver office. Following this, Elliot was Vice-President Projects at Dominion Diamond Corporation in northern Canada. At Dominion, he had executive responsibility for business development, major capital projects (including information technology and new technology introductions), regulatory and government relations, and indigenous and stakeholder relations.
