Paul Collins

Paul Collins is the founder of Collins Steel and a board advisor with Collins Capital and the Collins Family Foundation. Since establishing Collins Steel in 1984, he has led innovation in manufacturing and installation techniques and built a culture focused on empowering teams. With more than 35 years in the industry, he has guided change through advancing technology and stronger partnerships between trades and universities. Paul also chaired the Alberta CISC marketing portfolio for six years and serves on the board of Little Warriors. His leadership has been recognized with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal, the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction Founder Award, the Eric Newell Award of Excellence, and induction into the Alberta Business Hall of Fame. His current focus is guiding Collins Capital alongside the next generation of family leadership.
