Pete Snyder

Pete Snyder is an accomplished government relations and public affairs executive with global experience – from national to local government across the globe. Pete is a retired leader at Air Products and Chemicals, having run the global Government Relations function for this Fortune 250 Multinational over a nearly 30 year tenure. Over his career, Pete has been crucial in facilitating the installation of large energy and processing plants across the North America, Europe and Asia. As Air Products expanded globally, he developed government relations capabilities and built a skilled, highly experienced global team. Recently, Pete led Air Products’ public policy and advocacy efforts, supporting the company’s global hydrogen growth strategy in the energy transition. His previous experience includes significant roles at Waste Management and ARCO Chemical, and he has been a leading lobbyist for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and the Pennsylvania Chemical Industry Council.
