
Keith has an H. Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay Ontario, as well as numerous business schools: Negotiation – Harvard, Finance for the non financial – Queens, and Leadership – Queens. He started his career in Northern Ontario holding several supervisory position in operations. After 10 years he moved to Athabasca Alberta to work for Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries Inc. (Al-Pac) where he held positions in capital roads, Business Unit Leader of 1/3 of the Forest Management Area and special projects. From there he took responsibility of creating and managing a business unit called integrated Land Services that worked with integrating forest operations with the energy industry. Upon his retirement in 2024 he held the position of Woodlands Manager responsible for management of and delivery of 3.5 million cubic meters of fibre deliveries to the pulp mill. This included all forestry activities, budgeting, Indigenous relations and Government relations. He has served on several Boards as a director.
