Dave Collyer

Dave is a highly experienced strategic and operational leader in the Canadian energy sector, with a strong focus on integration of technology, economics/business and public policy, having dealt with governments led by various political parties in jurisdictions across Canada. He has extensive knowledge of the external context in which the upstream Canadian oil and gas industry is operating, combined with technical and business breadth and depth across the sector. He was previously the President and CEO of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP), and prior to that was President and Canada Country Chair for Shell Canada Limited.
