Due Diligence

Our due diligence services can be broad or narrow in scope to appropriately analyze and support project development, strategic planning, commercial arrangements, or acquisitions. We have provided market, operational, technical, and financial due diligence services to many local and multinational companies.

 

Project Development and Commercial Support

Our team members have years of experience supporting new project development, including negotiations of various agreements regarding suppliers, infrastructure and utilities, transportation, customer off‐take, technology, construction and financing. Our experience allows us to structure agreements to manage risk. This is supported by our strong market and transactional knowledge.

 

Project Management

The IMC team has considerable project management and supply chain management expertise. This includes experience with supporting vendor negotiations, project planning and reporting, management control processes, quality control, logistics support, sourcing technical expertise and general project management support.


Restructuring

We have broad expertise and experience with restructurings and turnarounds, and with situations involving management transition and succession planning. We do not focus just on cost‐reduction. Rather, we assess and optimize product/marketing and overall marketing strategies. We will manage the challenges in a way that allows for a transition to a profitable enterprise, or that sets the stage for a sale to a third party.


Process Improvement

We have considerable experience providing hands‐on programs for business process improvement including diagnosing key areas for improvement, developing action plans and supporting execution. We develop process maps that analyze necessary process flows; analyze any gaps to achievement improvement and provide process improvement recommendations. IMC can help facilitate the implementation of changes, through training client staff or “hands‐on” execution support.
